Welcome to Client Space! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Client Space platform, operated by Client Space ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Client Space is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing client relationship management (CRM), work order tracking, invoicing, and operations management tools for service-based businesses.
2. Subscriptions
The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Starter, Professional, or Business). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise.
3. Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Client Space. We provide secure isolation for your company data and will never sell or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processors).
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
